1. Chamadorea Elegans
It is a species that stays small, which is why it also owes its name 'dwarf palm'. With a maximum of 50 cm in growth, it is the ideal indoor palm.
It has been a popular indoor palm for years because it is easy to maintain. It has elegant green leaves that provide a real tropical look.
2. Areca Lutescens
The Areca palm has many names, such as Areka Palm, Dypsis, Gold Fruit Palm but most known to us as the Gold Palm.
The Areca originates from the humid tropics of Madagascar, but this plant has almost all tropical areas.
The palm filters the polluting particles from the air that is inhaled by the leaves and therefore has an air-purifying effect.
The Areca palm is one of the best palms to have in the house, it not only filters many toxic substances from the air, but also looks beautiful.
3. Coffee Arabica
The Coffee Arabica, also known as the coffee plant or coffee tree, originates from Ethiopia and is still relatively unknown in the Netherlands.
It can be placed on the windowsill or in another nice bright spot in sight, because it can be seen.
If you occasionally spray the plant with a plant sprayer, it will get beautiful shiny leaves as a thank you, and this way it remains dust-free, allowing it to better absorb light for good growth.
In the spring, the coffee plant produces beautiful white, sweet-smelling flowers. Next come the berries, which turn from green to yellow to red when ripe.
The seeds press together more and more as they grow, giving them a characteristic shape.
